Welcome to the Maranatha Page

Maranatha is Greek for "the Lord comes" and was frequently used in the Greek New Testament and by the early Church Fathers to celebrate Jesus' promise to return to earth, gather His church, and take them to heaven. "And thus we shall always be with the Lord."

Now, 2,000 years after Christ's resurrection, we are closer than ever to witnessing this prophecy come true. I became a believer in 1974 after discovering a bell-selling book, The Late, Great Planet Earth by Hal Lindsey This book taught me a lot, especially about the imminent return of Christ. Since the 1970s, our world has only accelerated at warp speed, magnifying the Bible's prophecies about what the world would be like at the time of Christ's return.

There is a lot of false teaching on YouTube. Trust me, I know, been misguided many times and fallen into a works-based salvation. One thing I like to tell people is, "Jesus + nothing = Salvation" You bring NOTHING to the table. Only by my faith in Jesus Christ, in what He did for me on the Cross, how He took my sin and obliderated it, and now when God looks at me, he sees a righteous person. It is not my own doing, He did it all. That is the Gospel, pure and simple.

As I embrace the amazing grace of God, I plan to share more videos that guide others toward Salvation in Christ. One thing I firmly believe is that we are living in the final days of history, and if you don’t know Him yet, He is patiently waiting for you to respond to the knock on your heart’s door. He will never force His way in but gently waits for you to open the door. If you are unsure about Him, just ask Him to show you Himself. He does!!
