GRADE TRACKING SERVICES ARE PRINTING SERVICES ONLY
ALL GRADE TRACKING IS SELF-MONITORED BY TEACHING PARENT. ADMINISTRATOR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DOCUMENT ACCEPTANCE BY ANY OUTSIDE INSTITUTION WHETHER IT BE: EDUCATIONAL (PUBLIC OR PRIVATE), EMPLOYMENT, MILITARY OR OTHER INSTITUTIONS. GRADE TRACKING DOCUMENTS ARE PROFESSIONALLY DONE, SIGNED AND SEALED AND ALL GPA CALCULATIONS BASED UPON A STANDARD NATIONAL SCALE. THE TEACHING PARENT IS THE AUTHENTICATOR OF ALL GRADES AND IS OBLIGATED TO MAINTAIN THOROUGH RECORDS AND SUBMIT AUTHENTIC RECORDS WHEN REQUESTED BY ADMINISTRATOR.

K-6 REPORT CARD
REQUEST A SQUARE INVOICE TO PURCHASE A K-6TH REPORT CARD
PARENT PREPARED: Cost $10.00 per student. Administrator partially prints report card with:
a. Student Name
b. Student Grade
c. School year
d. Promotional area and administrator signature
Parent will write in:
a. quarterly grades for academics and character traits
b. parent signature when promoted to next grade.
Parent tracks grades at home. Administrator pre-signs grade promotion area when purchased. Parent may submit a copy for school file each year.

Kindrgarten-12th QUARTERLY PROGRESS REPORT
PARENT SUBMITS 4 QUARTERLY GRADES REPORTS PER YEAR: 9/30, 12/31, 3/31, 6/30.
ADMINISTRATOR PREPARED: Cost $100.00 per student/per year. Great for grades Kindergarten through 12th (highly recommended for grades 4th—12th) especially if considering re-entering a campus based public or private school.

At the end of each school year, parent will turn in 2 semesters of grades, administrator will print and calculate GPA for grades earned so far in the time period of enrollment in CCA. (Also may be requested EARLY should student withdraw at any time during the school year.)
ADMINISTRATOR PREPARED: Cost: $80.00 per student/per year consists of ONE GPA CALCULATION PER YEAR. Transcript printing & GPA calculating for each student is usually done at the close of school year. It includes all grades for all years enrolled in CCA in one of three formats:
Grades Kindergarten through 6th: 80.00 per student per 1 year calculation
Grades 7th - 8th: 80.00 per student per 1 year calculation
Grades 9th - 12th: 80.00 per student per 1 year calculation
Purchase includes: 4 official copies: 2 sealed for parent, 1 parent copy and 1 cumulative record copy which stays with administrator.
