TRANSCRIPT AND/OR REPORT CARD ​​GRADE TRACKING SERVICES ARE PRINTING SERVICES ONLY
This is solely a printing service. Grade tracking is managed by the teaching parent. The administrator is not responsible for the acceptance of documents by any external institution, whether it be educational (public or private), employment, military, or other organizations. Both grade tracking documents (transcripts or report cards) are printed on special paper. The report card is partially completed by the administrator. The transcripts are professionally prepared, signed, and sealed, with all GPA calculations based on a standard national scale. The teaching parent is responsible for authenticating all grades, maintaining thorough records, and submitting accurate grades for the transcript when requested by the administrator.

​​​​​​PARENT PREPARED: Parent fills this in quarterly. Parent may or may not choose to send copies to administrator for the cumulative file.

​Kindergarten -12th ANNUAL TRANSCRIPT Cost: $90.00 per student
At the end of each school year, parents will submit two semesters of grades, and the administrator will print and calculate the GPA for grades earned during the enrollment period at CCA. (This may also be requested early if the student withdraws at any point during the school year.)
ADMINISTRATOR PREPARED: Cost: $90.00 per student per year includes ONE GPA CALCULATION PER YEAR. Transcript printing and GPA calculation are typically completed at the end of the school year. It covers all grades for all years enrolled in CCA, provided in one of four formats. To save money, parents might want to choose the following years to do transcripts: at the end of 3rd, 6th, 8th, and 12th grades. Administrator will calculate multiple years at one time. This will great save on our transcript fee.

Purchase includes: 4 official copies: 2 sealed for parent, 1 parent copy and 1 cumulative record copy which stays with administrator.
