$35.00 File Set Up Fee Per Family - this fee is only charged the first year

Once you've decided, complete the online form HERE. You will be sent a package of forms and SQUARE payment instructions through  a completely safe payment portal. We offer OPEN ENROLLMENT year-round.  It is a very simple process. Do you have more questions, please email the administrator.​​​​
