​To begin the process of enrollment, please submit forms packet below by email. FORMS ARE NOT FILLABLE ON PHONES, PLEASE USE IPAD, LAPTOP, OR PC. Once received, the Administrator will email you a payment link from SQUARE. We use their online store which is completely safe. ​​​Do you need more information about the school before enrolling, please click here. 

 

STEP ONE: Return these forms, attaching to your email, Attach the entire forms packet like this:

Let Administrator know of any questions you may have before enrolling. I am unable to make phone calls but will answer questions through email.

STEP TWO: Once Administrator has answered your questions, and received these forms, she will send you an invoice from SQUARE. You may pay with your credit card in a safe and secure payment portal. 

​

​​STEP THREE: Once you have paid, Administrator will send a welcome letter with additional information and a few more enrollment forms for your student cumulative file. If it applies, Administrator will request your student records from your previous school
