To begin process of enrollment, please submit 2 forms below by email. Once received, the Administrator will email you a payment link and further instructions and a forms packet.

Once these are submitted, administrator will invoice you from the SQUARE payment portal and email you the first year enrollment forms and an email explaining more about attendance, etc.
