$290.00 Per Family - (We do not charge per student fees.)
$35.00 File Set Up Fee Per Family - this fee is only charged the first year
All other OPTIONAL services are not required.

Administrator Statement: Will CCA suit your family's needs?
To start the enrollment process, please email the forms packet provided below. FORMS CANNOT BE COMPLETED ON PHONES; PLEASE USE AN IPAD, LAPTOP, OR PC. Once the forms are received, the Administrator will send you a payment link via SQUARE. Our online store is fully secure. If you need more information about the school before enrolling, please let us know. click here.
STEP ONE: Return these forms, attaching to your email, Attach the entire forms packet like this:

Let the Administrator know if you have any questions before enrolling. I am unable to make phone calls, but will answer questions through email.
STEP TWO: After the Administrator answers your questions and receives the forms, she will send you an invoice via SQUARE. You can then pay securely using your credit card through a safe payment portal.
STEP THREE: After payment, the Administrator will send a welcome letter with additional details and a few more enrollment forms for your student's cumulative file. If applicable, the Administrator will also request your student's records from their previous school.
