​Refund Policy – California Christian Academy PSP

California Christian Academy PSP provides a 7‑business‑day refund window for enrollment payments.

• The $35 initial file setup fee is nonrefundable. This fee covers administrative processing time and credit‑card transaction costs.

• The remaining balance is fully refundable as long as the Administrator receives the refund request within the 7‑business‑day period.

How the 7‑Business‑Day Window Works

• The refund period begins on the first business day following the date of payment. For example, if a parent submits payment on Saturday, September 3, the refund window begins on Monday, September 5. The parent then has seven business days—through Tuesday, September 13—to request a refund.

• There are no refunds beyond the initial 7-Business-Day-Window.
